Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
How Shubham Dogra EI handles consumer health data, for residents of Washington, Nevada and other US states with consumer health data laws. The full Privacy Policy applies to everyone.
Consumer health data Raul collects
Food and drink you log (including photos of meals and labels), hydration, sleep, workouts and activity, body measurements such as weight and body fat, mood notes, fitness goals, and, if you connect Apple Health, steps, active energy, workouts, sleep, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, VO2 max, weight, body fat, mindful minutes and nutrition totals. Raul also keeps the chat messages in which you describe these things.
Why Raul collects it
Only to provide the service you asked for: logging, dashboards, trends, daily briefings, and coaching replies and plans. Raul does not use consumer health data for advertising and does not sell it.
Where it comes from
From you, when you type, dictate or photograph it in the app, and from Apple Health when you connect it.
Who it is shared with
Service providers that process it on Raul's behalf, under contract: Anthropic (the AI model that reads your logs and writes replies), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and Langfuse (quality monitoring of AI replies). It is not shared with advertisers, data brokers or any other third party, and it is not sold.
Consent
Raul asks for your consent before collecting consumer health data, naming the AI provider it is sent to. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account in Profile or by writing to the address below.
Your rights
You can confirm whether Raul holds your consumer health data, get a copy of it, have it deleted, withdraw your consent, and ask which service providers received it. Send requests to support@askraul.app; Raul answers within 45 days. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to that decision, and if the appeal is also declined you can contact your state Attorney General.
